Our story began in 1991, when Land Scout Properties Founder John Bivens took to the piney woods of Northeast Louisiana on his first whitetail hunt with his father. The ground was leased and hunting became a tradition that only thickened as time aged. Unforgettable memories were made and mantras for a life lived well could be heard in every gust of wind or seen in every early morning sunrise while at the camp. In more than three decades since, a passion to pass along experiences only found in the outdoors inspired the concept behind Land Scout Properties – Oklahoma’s premiere lease, buy, and sell land company. Since our inception in 2020, LSP has expanded to offer not only annual hunting leases, but full service short term leases under the Land Scout Hunts program.
In addition to leasing, our licensed Land Professionals, through a lifetime of honing their passion for the outdoors, actively assist buyers and sellers with all rural home, farm, and ranch interests.
