About Land Scout Properties
Our story began in 1991, when the first lease was signed on a hunting property and Land Scout founder John Bivens took to the piney woods of Northeast Louisiana on his first whitetail hunt with his father. It was tradition that only thickened as time aged and memories made around the camp became mantras for a life lived to the fullest.
